Tama Lacrosse policy is that all shipments are sent within 24 hours of order. In determining shipment times, delivery times are calculated in business days, weekends, holidays and the day of shipment does NOT count towards the delivery time.
Shipping Rates
Free Shipping on orders $150*
We have eliminated our handling fee on all orders and adopted a simple shipping structure on all UPS Ground orders. $12.00 on the first 5 lbs. and $3.00 per every 5 pounds there after. Air freight costs will be based on the actual freight charges.
UPS does NOT guarantee Residential Next Day Deliveries
No refunds are provided for next day charges to residential addresses.
In some cases these rates are estimates and shipping cost may need to be adjusted.
We will notify you prior to shipment.
Oversized Fees are in addition to the Shipping Charges listed above.
Free shipping offers do not apply to team sales orders.
The above charges are per shipping box. For larger orders we will e-mail you a shipping quote.
Air Orders
All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. (If you need a product by a specific date then please call us). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
Pickups
Orders leaving Tama Lacrosse are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 15% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
Shipment Delays due to Billing Discrepancies
Please be advised that orders with different bill to and ship to addresses, card holder name different than name on the order, or other issues may be subject to delays due to our strict verification process. You may receive a call to confirm information before order is shipped.
